About Us
Mouse Computing is run by Mike Daws. He studied Computing at University and has worked in IT for the past 18 years in various different roles, including user support, network support and server support - most recently at UEA. In addition he has always been a fan of computers and other gadgets. He has an ability to quickly grasp the use of almost any kind of technology, get it working and then explain its use in a way that is easily understood. In more recent years he has also had the pleasure of supporting his wife and in-laws' computers as well as his own! He is used to dealing with a wide range of users, from students to the more mature generation of "silver surfers" who are being persuaded to take up computing by their children and grandchildren. At Mouse Computing we recognise that computing can be daunting for many people so we aim to provide the best possible service at an affordable price.
