Mouse Computing will not charge for any advice or help which can be given over the telephone or by email. For contact details use the Contact Us above.We do not charge a call out fee or travel costs. The charging begins when we start working on the problem and any replacement parts will be charged at the price it costs us.
To keep things simple we charge for the first hour then for every half hour after that. We will give you an estimate before we start and will keep you informed if we think it will take longer to complete the work than the original estimate. If we feel that it would be better to take the computer away to work on or if there is anything which we feel you can do to keep costs down then we will guide you.

If it is better to take the computer away you will only be charged for the time spent actually working on it.
